- How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $10.00 on all Australian orders placed on our website. All orders are sent with signature on delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply to non standard or overseas orders based on weight over 1kg. Please contact us for international orders or alternative shipping requirements.
FJ Flowers is not responsible for incorrect shipping details supplied. Buyer will be responsible for full return shipping fees if applicable.
- How long does it usual take to ship?
Individual flowers and sale items: Within one week from ordering. We will notify you if there are any delays due to insufficient stoke to fill your order requirements.
Small corsages/buttonhole orders: (Refers to 1 – 2 corsages/buttonholes ONLY): Within 5 days after ordering with available stock.
Small wedding orders: (Refers to 1 small bouquet ONLY). Approx. 14 – 21 days after ordering. If the required flowers aren’t available, please allow up to 30 days.
Large wedding orders and custom orders: 8 – 10 weeks after complete payment for your wedding package to be assembled and delivered. You will be kept informed of the status of your order.
Please note: All orders placed by direct deposit, cheque, cash and money order need to be paid within 7 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
Urgent wedding package orders: If required under 4 weeks, please contact us.
- How soon do I need to place my wedding order before my wedding date?
Normally you need to place your wedding order about 3 – 6 months. If your wedding date is over a year away, that is fine for ordering, as bouquet will keep in box provided in a dark place.
- How long can bouquets be kept before my wedding?
If you store your bouquets in the box and tissue paper provided away from the light, they should keep indefinitely.
- Do you offer payment plans if I can’t afford to pay for the complete package up front?
Yes, please contact us for more information about our lay-by terms. Lay-by orders commence from $150.
- Are there other packages apart from what is available on your website?
We do customized orders that suit your needs, so contact us with what you have in mind.

- Customized Orders…
FJ Flowers specialises in customized orders to suit your wedding needs. We try our best to make every bouquet ordered to the photo’s shown. However, as silk flowers are produced in large quantities at factories, when boxes are opened sometimes stems maybe different. Therefore, no two bouquets are the same, but we do try to design as close as possible to the photo’s shown.
- Lost in post…
FJ Flowers takes extreme care in packing your flowers so they should arrive in the condition sent. We take no responsibility if packages are externally damaged or lost in transit. If flowers have been damaged inside the box from external transit damage, please contact us. We will follow up the postage on request and do our utmost to find any order that goes missing.
- Wrong colour?…
We don’t accept refunds due to wrong colour selection. Some flower samples are available, please contact us. Colours of products may vary on different computers so we do advise you to contact us regarding flower samples for correct colour matches before ordering your package.

- My package didn’t arrive on time…
Please allow 3 – 6 weeks after final payment for delivery of order. It is not our responsibility due to shortage of time, ie 1 day – a week before wedding, if items don’t arrive.
- Refund Policy…
Every bride chooses her own package in fine detail, therefore no one else can use the same order, so please choose carefully.
We do not give refunds on individual items, customer alterations, wrong colour choices and wedding orders if you simply change your mind, relationship circumstances or make a wrong selection. Please be aware, there is no refund on sale and clearance items.
Regardless, we would usually be accommodating if the individual order, (not buttonholes, corsages, bouquets or wedding packages) is substantial enough to outweigh the additional postage costs you would need to cover for the return and replacement order.
